Can I unassign or reassign my AWS voucher?

AWS Customers are only able to unassign vouchers that are in the Assigned state. This means they have not been Claimed by the candidate. PearsonVUE vouchers are not able to be unassigned or reassigned per the AWS Voucher Policy

 

There are different ways to unassign a voucher depending on your role in the Xvoucher platform. 

Standard Customers

  1. Go to Manage > Manage Xvouchers
  2. Search by Candidate Email
  3. Under the Action column, click the Unassign button
  4. To give the voucher to a different user Click the Assign button in the Action column and enter the new user information.

 Enterprise Customers 

  1. Go to Track > Inventory > Detail
  2. Search by Candidate Email
  3. Under the Action column, click the Unassign button
  4. To give the voucher to a different user Click the Assign button in the Action column and enter the new user information.

 Branch Administrator 

  1. Go to Track > Inventory
  2. Search by Candidate Email
  3. Under the Action column, click the Unassign button
  4. To give the voucher to a different user Click the Assign button in the Action column and enter the new user information.

*If the Action no longer says Unassign it means you are unable to unassign it. Please check the Status column to find out why.
