Customer admins are able to unassign vouchers that are in the Assigned state only.
If the voucher shows "Claimed" instead of "Assign", this means the voucher has been Claimed by the candidate and it cannot be unassigned or reassigned per the AWS Voucher Policy.
There are different ways to unassign a voucher depending on your role in the Xvoucher platform:
Enterprise Customers
- Go to Track > Inventory
- Search by Candidate Email
- Under the Action column, click the Unassign button
- To give the voucher to a different user Click the Assign button in the Action column and enter the new user information.
Branch Administrator
- Go to Track > Inventory
- Search by Candidate Email
- Under the Action column, click the Unassign button
- To give the voucher to a different user Click the Assign button in the Action column and enter the new user information.
*If the Action column no longer displays Unassign it means the voucher has been claimed by the candidate.
