If you received a "Claim Voucher" email, an Xvoucher candidate account was automatically created for you upon voucher assignment. Please follow the instructions below to access your voucher.
**Please note - You MUST use the email address your "Claim Voucher" email was sent to. You should not create a new account using a different email address as you will not be able to access your assigned voucher from a different email address.
1. Log into your Xvoucher account via Xvoucher Login
2. Click on the name of the item on your dashboard.
- Your Newest assigned vouchers will contain a Green "New" Icon next to it.
3. Click on the green Go button.
- A page will open up with instructions and your voucher code.
If you are unable to locate your voucher:
- Check with your Customer Admin (the person who assigned you the Xvoucher):
- Confirm they assigned it to the correct email address.
- Confirm the voucher has not expired yet.
- Reset your password using the email you were assigned the voucher to.
