My credit card was declined when purchasing AWS Training.

How can I be sure my credit card doesn’t get declined again?

Typically, when cards are declined it is because the cardholder's financial institution blocked the payment from processing.

  1. Confirm with your card company that they are not blocking the transactions.
  2. If you have checked with your financial institution, and they have confirmed it should go through, please submit a ticket by clicking here.
