Yes. To cancel your registration, hover over 'My Account' in the top navigation menu, select ‘Transcript’, find the class, and select 'Withdraw'.
You have until 5 days before the start of your class to cancel your order and receive a full refund. For example, if your class starts at 8:00 am on 12/20/20, you have until 8:00 am on 12/15/20 to cancel and receive a full refund. After that time, your cancellation will remove you from the class but you will still be charged for the full course fee.
The above applies to classroom training purchased via aws.training, delivered by Amazon Web Services and sold by the authorized reseller, Xvoucher. Refer to APN Training Partners’ websites for their cancellation policies and processes for training booked with them.
Refunds
The amount of time it takes to receive a credit card refund can vary based on the issuer, but generally, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
