Xvoucher Service Tiers - What to Expect in October 2024

We are transitioning to a subscription service model to be able to enhance our platform, release new features, and continuously improve our services. This change allows us to better focus on delivering value and evolving our platform to meet your needs.

As of October 10th, 2024, you will have the option to upgrade your account via the My Subscriptions page. If you choose not to upgrade your account before October 31st, here’s what you can expect.

Admin Access Now Available in the Standard and Professional tiers

If you have more than one admin on your account, you may choose to upgrade at any time to the Standard or Professional tiers to retain access for all administrators. If you choose not to upgrade, we recommend you reach out to our Support team before October 31st to indicate which single administrator should remain on your account. If you do not, a member of our team will reach out to you to determine who should be the one user. 

Mass Assign Tool Now Available in the Standard and Professional tiers

In the Basic plan, you will no longer have access to distribute learning products in bulk via the Mass Assign tool. However, you will still be able to distribute learning products individually via the Inventory Tracking Report. Located under Track > Inventory

Voucher Usage Report Now Available for all AWS Customers

All Xvoucher customers purchasing from our AWS storefront will retain access to the Voucher Usage report. This report will continue to provide greater visibility into your account activity, helping you make informed decisions and manage your budget and operations.

Branch And Promotions Now Available in the Professional tier

If you previously had access to our Branch and Promotions tool you will lose access to these features. Customers with current Branch access will have until October 31st before they are moved to our Basic tier. Please upgrade before October 31st or recall all of your vouchers from Branches before that date.
