Which currencies do you support for the purchase of a subscription?
Currently, we only accept USD for subscription payments, even if your Xvoucher account is set to a different currency. Keep that in mind when reviewing your invoice.
Are there any discounts or promotions available for upgrading?
Yes! If you choose to pay for your subscription annually, you’ll receive an 8% discount.
At the moment, there are no other promotions or discounts available, but keep an eye out—we’re always working on ways to bring added value to our customers!
How does billing work?
You’ll be billed automatically on the payment schedule you choose (monthly or annually) via our secure payment processor, Stripe. You can update your payment information, check your billing history, and download invoices directly from your account under the My Subscriptions page in your Xvoucher account.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time!
- Monthly Plans: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Annual Plans: If you cancel an annual plan, we’ll refund the unused balance minus an 8% fee, which covers the initial discount you received.
How do I upgrade my subscription?
Upgrading is easy! Log into your Xvoucher account, go to My Subscription, and choose the tier that works best for you.
