How do I verify my account?

When you create an account or log in for the first time, we'll need to verify your email.

We'll send a code to the email or phone number you provided, and you'll have to enter that code to access your Xvoucher account. Make sure your email is valid and accessible. Below are a few scenarios for users logging into the Xvoucher Platform.

Automatic Account Creation

If you've been assigned a voucher code, an account has been created automatically to host your voucher code.  You will receive a Welcome Email from Xvoucher Support advising an account has been created.

  1. Click the provided link in the email to log into your Xvoucher account

  2. Enter the email address that your Xvoucher welcome email was sent to
  3. Xvoucher will confirm if you have an existing account and send you a temporary password.
  4. You will then be prompted to select a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) option and accept Xvoucher terms and conditions. 
  5. You are now logged in!

With this automation, candidates do not need to create an account before being assigned a voucher from their organization.

Existing Accounts

To log into Xvoucher, users will be directed to Xvoucher Login

  1. Enter the email address associated with your Xvoucher account. (This must be a valid email address)
  2. Xvoucher will confirm you have an existing account and send an email with a temporary password
  3. You will then be prompted to select a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) option and if applicable, accept Xvoucher terms and conditions.

After your account set up is complete, the next time logging in, you will simply enter your  email, password and MFA credential that was set up.

Creating A New Account

If you'd like to create a new Candidate Account

  1. On the Xvoucher Login page choose "Need to Create a New Account?"
  2. Enter your first name, last name and a valid email address
  3. Next you will need to verify your email address. You will receive an email with a verification code. 
    1. If you didn't receive your verification code, double-check that the email address was spelled correctly (click the back button), and you can choose to receive a new code by clicking the button in the window, as shown below.
  4. You will then be prompted to select a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) option. 
  5. Lastly you will need to accept Xvoucher terms and conditions. 

After email validation, users will then be prompted to complete their account set up, choosing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) options and accepting permissions.

If you've requested an email verification code, but are not receiving the email, please clear your browser cache and start the process again. If you still do not receive an email containing the code, contact Xvoucher Support for assistance.
