If you have forgotten or need to reset your password, you can find a link to reset it at our login page.

- Enter your email address in the box on the first screen and click “continue”
- On the next page, click on the forgot password link. If you are a recognized user a code will be sent to your email to continue the process.
- Enter the code sent to your email address
- Enter a new password and confirm your password.
- Success! You have reset your password
General Password Rules - Passwords must include:

- Contains at least 10 Characters
- Contains both lower (a-z) and upper case letters (A-Z)
- Contains at least one number (0-9)
- Contains at least one special character (! @ # $ ^ & * [ } .)
If you've requested a Password Reset and are not receiving the emails, please contact Xvoucher Support for assistance.
Temporary Password
If you have an existing account with Xvoucher, you will be emailed a temporary password.

- Enter your email on the Xvoucher login page
- Locate the temporary password notification in your email inbox. The email will come from noreply@xvoucher.com.
- Enter in your temporary password
- Set a new password for your account.
If you don't receive the email containing your temporary password, please click the link on the page to request a new code be sent to you. If you continue to not receive the temporary password, please ensure noreply@xvoucher.com is whitelisted.
If you still don't receive the email after requesting it again, please contact Xvoucher Support.
