Here's how to resend the voucher email to your candidate from your Customer Admin account:
- First, have your candidate check their spam folder to ensure their email didn't land in that inbox.
- Log into your Xvoucher Customer account and use the resend functionality to resend the email.
- Click on the Track tab in your customer portal.
- Select Inventory > Detail
- If you are utilizing the Standard Customer portal navigate to Manage > Inventory
- Click the box to select Show More Details
- Use the filters to filter by candidate email or scroll down until you find the candidate you would like to resend the email to.
- Scroll to the right and click the RESEND button.
