The best practice when distributing vouchers within Xvoucher is to assign each voucher directly to a candidate. This will allow the candidate to receive an email with the voucher code, expiration date, and instructions on how to use it, as well as reminder emails when vouchers are close to expiring. The following process should only be used if you are unable to assign vouchers directly to candidates.
Previously, Pearson VUE voucher codes were viewable upon assigning a voucher through the Xvoucher system, even if the email address was not a legitimate email address. From 1 November 2023, Pearson VUE voucher codes will only be viewable to the Customer in the Candidate Exam Voucher Report if one of the following conditions are met:
- The voucher is assigned and the candidate has claimed their voucher
- 90 days has passed since the date the order was approved
If you would like to export vouchers from your Xvoucher account after one of the conditions is met, you may still do so by navigating to Track > Vouchers, setting filters, and clicking the Export to Excel button in the upper left.
If you would like to export vouchers from your Xvoucher account without one of the conditions being met, please download the PDF form attached below and email it to aws@xvoucher.com. Our Support team will then complete this request for you.
Export requests will be processed in the order they are received. Xvoucher's SLA for AWS customers is 2 business days. Please expect an initial response within 2 business days of submitting this form via email. If this form is not totally complete, there will be a delay in processing the request.
